![]() ![]() My daughter (aged 10) went on the free fall equipment as soon as we got there. ![]() Before posting this review I emailed Flip Out Blackburn to complain on Saturday 13th May and to date have not received acknowledgment or a response to my complaint which is a further disappointment.īeen to flip out several times, on this occasion we went to the one at Basingstoke. I feel this session has been falsely advertised and was a massive disappointment to all of us visiting. Also if this was an issue, why after I complained were the disco lights then switched on? Also as this session is advertised as an After Dark event if my child had sensory needs I would definitely not choose this or expect for the whole session to be changed for everyone else. However from 7pm until 8:20pm there was no difference to a normal jump session.Īt 8:20pm I went downstairs to enquire at the office why during this session none of the advertised After Dark events were taking place - to myself, my son and his friends this had been the same as a normal flip out session and not the after dark experience that led us to choose Flip Out as his birthday activity.Īfter speaking with the member of staff, at 8:30pm the main lights went off and disco lights came on and a few minutes later he came to say there was a child with Autism which was why the session hadn't taken place, i fully acknowledge and understand Autism and sensory needs as 2 of the boys i had brought have Autism, however at no point during signing in, or over the mic had this been announced. None of the boys had attended an After Dark session before and were all really looking forward to the disco lights, smoke machine and after dark experience. I took my son and his 4 friends to the After Dark session on Friday 12th May for his birthday. ![]()
